Hair Care Guide
★ STARRLUXEHAIR Care Guide ★
Keep your luxury hair lasting longer, looking flawless, and feeling soft with our expert-approved care tips. Raw and virgin hair is an investment—treat it like your own natural crown.
☆ Daily Hair Care
- Gently brush or comb through your hair using a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb.
- Use styling products sparingly—especially mousse, gel, or hairspray. Opt for alcohol-free formulas to prevent dryness.
☆ Bedtime Hair Routine
- Braid hair into one loose large braid before bed.
- Cover with a satin bonnet or wrap in a satin scarf to protect from friction and breakage.
- In the morning, gently undo the braid and comb from ends to roots.
☆ Special Care for Curly Hair Textures
Curly hair needs extra moisture and gentle handling. Here’s how to care for it:
- Moisturize daily—do not skip!
- Mix a conditioner solution using:
- Water
- Leave-in conditioner
- A spray bottle
- Spray the solution from roots to ends, ensuring full coverage.
- At night, braid the hair and wear a satin scarf or bonnet.
- In the morning, remove braids and reapply conditioner spray.
- Never comb curly hair while dry or in its natural state—use your fingers to style while it’s still damp.
☆ Blonde & Colored Hair Care (e.g., Russian Blonde) if you colored.
Color-treated hair is more fragile and needs added moisture.
- Moisturize daily, even more frequently than with natural brown hair.
- Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle gently.
- Avoid over-processing and heat without protection.
☆ Closure, Frontal & Wig Care
Your lace items need delicate handling. Follow these tips for longevity:
- Do not scratch lace or silk.
- Avoid excessive brushing.
- Seal your knots to extend closure life.
- Be gentle while washing—never scrub the lace.
- Avoid direct heat on the lace material; it weakens knots.
- Over-bleaching causes balding—use an eyebrow pencil instead of bleaching knots when possible.
- Hair on closures is hand-infused—always be delicate.
- Rotate your parting space regularly to prevent balding.
- Closures typically need to be reapplied every 3–4 weeks, depending on hair growth.
☆ Recommended Hair Care Products
To maintain softness, shine, and longevity, we suggest the following:
- Sulfate-free shampoos
- Protein-free conditioners (unless your hair is damaged or dry)
- Use deep-cleansing or clarifying shampoos once or twice a month to remove product build-up
- Avoid alcohol-based styling products—they cause dryness
- Always use a leave-in conditioner before applying heat
⚠️ Avoid over-conditioning!
Signs of over-conditioning include brittleness, frizz, and tangling. If this happens, use a clarifying shampoo to restore balance.
★ Reminder: Our raw hair is completely unprocessed and will react just like your natural hair would—love it, moisturize it, protect it, and it will love you back for years.
