What type of hair do you offer?

We offer luxury raw hair, including:

Is the hair in stock or pre-order only?

STARRLUXEHAIR operates on a pre-order model to ensure you receive the freshest raw hair—sourced directly from our trusted vendors. This process allows us to provide uncompromised quality at an affordable price.


 

Will the hair tangle or shed?

All STARRLUXEHAIR bundles have cuticles aligned in one direction to prevent tangling. While minimal shedding is normal with any raw hair, our bundles are crafted to minimize it.

💡 Pro Tip: For best results, we recommend sealing the wefts and caring for the hair as you would your own natural hair.


 

Can the hair be dyed and flat ironed?

Yes! Our hair is 100% virgin, meaning it can be dyed, bleached, flat ironed, or curled. After heat or water, it may return to its natural wave pattern.

⚠️ Note: Excessive or improper chemical or heat processing can reduce the hair’s lifespan. We strongly recommend having any color or chemical treatment done by a professional.

 

 

What’s the best heat temperature for styling?

  • Raw Straight Hair: 180–220°C (350–428°F)
  • Raw Curly/Deep Wave Hair: 150–180°C (302–356°F)
  • Virgin Hair: Under 175°C (Best: 320–347°F)
    🔥 Always start with lower temperatures and increase gradually to avoid damage. High temperatures may cause breakage or melting.


 

Are your lace closures, frontals, and wigs pre-plucked?

Yes. All our lace closures, lace frontals, and wigs come pre-plucked for a more natural-looking hairline.


 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing and shipping. As we operate on a made-to-order model, this time allows us to deliver fresh, top-quality raw hair every time.

 

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and the custom nature of our raw hair:

We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of:

  • A verified defect, or
  • An incorrect item received

 

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

 


Can I cancel my order?

Yes — within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your order begins processing and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

 


What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash App for all orders. Full payment is required at checkout to begin processing your pre-order.

 


Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text with your tracking number.
